3 Clicks is all it takes to send global aid.
Donations are used to fund initiatives in multiple areas which change from year to year. These projects include such things as support for continuity clinics, construction or repair of facilities, or the acquisition of special equipment.
Our Current Initiative is support for the physician salary and administrative expenses for Clinica Assade (San Andres Itzapa, Guatemala). This clinic was established in 2004 to provide access to low-cost, high-quality health care to those with minimal resources living in San Andres and the smaller villages surrounding it. This general medical clinic is staffed by a family physician, a nurse, an administrator, a part time dentist, and other staff. It was built with the help of DOCare International but lost its ongoing support in 2024. FUEGO has responded to a grant request to help keep the clinic open. When we make mission trips to that area, we refer patients to the clinic for continuity of care and follow-up.
This is truly a lifeline for indigenous people who have no other recourse. Last year the team positively impacted the lives of over 3000 men, women, and children.

The FUEGO Foundation has extremely low overhead because all of its functions are performed by volunteers. Medical supplies and equipment are needed by the supported continuity clinics and donations to general expenses also provide materials for use during our sponsored mission trips.​
